Abstract

The work of advocates establishes essential support for marginalized communities which encounter systemic discrimination together with economic hardships and restricted access to legal services. The study investigates how legal advocates perform multiple duties when they represent vulnerable groups who include ethnic minorities and people with economic challenges and disabled persons and LGBTQ+ individuals and other underrepresented populations. The research investigates how advocates handle their professional responsibilities when they encounter competing demands together with limited resources and institutional obstacles through the examination of ethical structures and case studies and present-day difficulties. The paper argues that effective advocacy for marginalized groups requires not only technical legal competence but also cultural sensitivity together with social justice dedication and innovative methods for tackling systemic discrimination. The study concludes by proposing recommendations for strengthening advocacy practices and institutional support systems to better serve marginalized populations.
