Invitation for Editorial/Reviewer Board Membership
Aviradha International Journal of Law and Legal Studies (AIJLLS) invites applications for Editorial Board and Reviewer Board membership from qualified legal academicians, researchers, and professionals. As an international platform dedicated to high-quality legal scholarship and academic discourse, AIJLLS is committed to maintaining rigorous publication standards and ethical research practices. We invite distinguished individuals from across the globe to join us in advancing scholarly communication in the field of Law and Legal Studies.
Editorial/Reviewer Board Requirements:
- Applicants should meet any one of the following criteria:
- Hold a PhD (Doctorate) in Law / Legal Studies and currently serve as Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor in a recognized University, Law School, or Research Institution; OR
- Hold an LL.M. degree with a minimum of 10 years of teaching or research experience in Law (as per UGC or equivalent norms).
Additionally, applicants should demonstrate:
- Proven expertise in one or more areas of law, such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, International Law, Human Rights Law, Environmental Law, IPR, Labour Law, Cyber Law, Family Law, Jurisprudence, Comparative Law, or Socio-Legal Studies.
- A minimum of 5 research publications in reputed national or international journals or conference proceedings in the field of law.

Responsibilities of the Peer Reviewer:
Peer reviewers play a vital role in ensuring the academic quality and integrity of legal research manuscripts. Responsibilities include:
- Providing constructive, objective, and scholarly feedback on submitted manuscripts.
- Evaluating manuscripts for legal reasoning, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and contribution to legal scholarship.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of manuscript content and review materials.
Review Process Considerations:
- Inform the Editor promptly if a manuscript falls outside your area of expertise, and suggest alternative reviewers where possible.
- Complete the review within two weeks of receiving the manuscript. If additional time is required, notify the Editor in advance.
- Disclose any conflict of interest that could affect impartial evaluation.
